Downie&McGlone Junk Removal and More LLC is seeking ambitious Door to Door Salespersons to join our sales team. In this commission-based role, you will travel independently to engage homeowners, promoting our company’s referral program and generating new leads to grow our customer base.


We are looking for both part time and full time sales reps.

100% commission based selling our referral program.

$500 - $2,000 weekly based on performance.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct door-to-door customer outreach to promote the referral program
  • Generate leads through direct engagement with homeowners
  • Effectively communicate company offerings to encourage participation
  • Maintain a professional and persuasive approach in all interactions
  • Work independently using your own mode of transportation
  • Collaborate as part of the sales team to meet targets

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous sales, canvassing, door-to-door, customer service, hospitality, or business development experience preferred
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Highly motivated and comfortable approaching new people
  • Confident, friendly, and persuasive communication style
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable working outdoors and walking throughout neighborhoods
  • Strong follow-up and organizational skills
  • Competitive mindset with a desire to earn based on performance
  • Ability to handle rejection and remain positive and persistent
  • Professional appearance and attitude
