Main Responsibilities

The technician will be responsible for performing roadside and mobile tire services safely and professionally, including:

• Changing, mounting, dismounting, repairing, and replacing commercial and passenger vehicle tires
• Performing roadside tire services on trucks, trailers, commercial vehicles, and other vehicles when required
• Safely using tire service equipment, jacks, air tools, compressors, and other company equipment
• Following proper roadside safety procedures on every service call
• Evaluating the service situation before beginning work
• Communicating professionally with customers and dispatch
• Providing accurate updates during service calls
• Properly documenting every completed service call
• Taking required photos before, during, and after service when necessary
• Reporting parts, tires, materials, and equipment used on each call
• Keeping assigned tools, equipment, and service vehicles organized and in good condition
• Immediately reporting equipment problems, accidents, damages, or unusual situations
• Following company procedures and safety standards at all times

Experience Requirements

Previous tire service experience is very important for this position.

Candidates should have hands-on experience changing and repairing tires and should be comfortable working in roadside environments.

Experience with commercial truck tires, trailers, roadside assistance, fleet service, or mobile tire service is strongly preferred.

The ideal candidate must be able to perform the work correctly and safely without needing constant instruction.

English communication skills are important because technicians communicate directly with customers, dispatchers, fleet companies, and roadside assistance providers.

Reliability and Accountability

When a technician accepts a shift or service call, the company, the customer, and sometimes a commercial driver who is stranded on the highway are depending on that technician.
