Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Guaranteed 40 Hours | Company Truck
OHM Appliance Repair is hiring a full-time Appliance Repair Technician to join our team in Southwest Florida.
We are open to both experienced technicians and entry-level candidates. Appliance repair experience is not required if you are mechanically inclined, reliable, comfortable working with tools, and willing to learn.
Compensation
- $20–$40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level

What You'll Do
- Diagnose and repair residential appliances
- Service refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges and other major appliances
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical and refrigeration-related problems
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Explain diagnoses and repair options
- Complete service documentation
- Maintain your company vehicle, tools and equipment
- Work independently throughout the service area
Who We're Looking For
You do not need previous appliance repair experience.
We're looking for someone who:
- Is mechanically inclined
- Is comfortable using tools
- Can troubleshoot and solve problems
- Is reliable and punctual
- Is willing to learn
- Can work independently
- Communicates professionally with customers
- Has a valid driver's license and good driving record
Experience in any of the following is a plus:
- Appliance repair
- HVAC
- Refrigeration
- Electrical
- Automotive repair
- Maintenance
- Mechanical trades
- Construction or other skilled trades
Experienced appliance technicians may qualify for compensation toward the top of the $20–$40/hour range.
Service Area
Our technicians work throughout Southwest Florida, including:
Naples, Bonita Springs, Estero, Fort Myers and Cape Coral.
