Professional, corporate office needs an Administrative Client Onboarding Assistant. Handle client interface and account set-up from start to finish. Accurately open new accounts and assist customers with updates to their account.

Exceptional attention to detail, highly organized with time management skills in a fast-paced office. Proactive communications with clients. You will work very closely with internal departments applying and verifying regulatory requirements, assisting account custodians, and financial advisors.

Actively process new and existing account applications, proactively communicate with clients by telephone to set up accounts and keep clients updated. Track onboarding activity status and completion. Obtain and document information.

Once fully trained and a regular employee , you will process and handle ACAT transfers, money allocations, handle IRA, 401K, Annuity, and other money transfers per client requests.

  • MS Office proficient
  • DocuSign helpful
  • Quick and accurate data entry (touch typing at 50wpm)
  • Administrative experience of 2 years or more handling complex and detailed paperwork, accounts, etc.
  • Financial experience helpful
  • Professional, polished demeanor, and attire

This position has a great deal of training involved and is a temporary-to-hire opportunity. This is not a Human Resource relatee role.

$27-$30/hr. DOE. College degree in a related field.

Hours are: 8:30-5, M-F. You will work in an office and not remotely. A stable work history is necessary.
