Law Firm Legal Accountant

Established Macomb County law firm is seeking a legal accountant to add to their team. Candidates with prior law firm experience are strongly preferred, although experience in a similar capacity or service industry may be considered.

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience processing payroll, accounts payable and receivable, along with bank reconciliations. Candidate will communicate directly with the CPA on a quarterly basis and handle financial reporting to the shareholders.

Associates degree required in business, accounting or finance. Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel required. Prior experience in Clio or other legal CRM software is preferred.

Benefits offered, along with 401K and employer match, as well as a flexible work schedule. Salary is based on experience.
