What You Will Do
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently and accurately
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, and related systems
- Perform service calls, inspections, and preventative maintenance
- Troubleshoot plumbing problems and recommend effective solutions for customers
- Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers regarding repairs and recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Work independently while also supporting team members when needed
- Safely lift and move heavy equipment and materials as required
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of residential service plumbing experience
- Experience with HVAC systems and oil boilers is a major plus
- Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and repair techniques
- Ability to safely and effectively use plumbing tools and equipment
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with water heaters, drain cleaning, and service plumbing is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school training or plumbing certification is a plus
