Early Childhood Teacher

The Early Childhood Teacher is responsible for fostering a supportive and engaging learning environment for young children. This role involves planning educational activities, managing the classroom, and collaborating with parents and colleagues to support child development and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities
• Manage classroom behavior and maintain a positive learning environment
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding child progress and needs
• Coordinate educational and recreational activities
• Monitor and assess child development milestones
• Provide guidance to promote positive behavior
• Ensure safety and supervision of children at all times
• Maintain accurate records related to children’s progress and activities
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support program goals
