Are you a detail-oriented professional who enjoys keeping an office running smoothly? We're looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in daily operations!

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Casual Dress Environment
Pay DOE (Depends on Experience)


WHAT YOU'LL DO

Answer and direct incoming phone calls

Provide outstanding customer service to clients and visitors

Assist with hiring and onboarding processes

Manage emails, schedules, and office communications

Prepare documents, reports, and spreadsheets

Maintain accurate records and office organization

Support daily administrative and clerical operations

'14; Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook

'14; Comfortable using Google Docs

'14; Strong customer service and communication skills

'14; Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

'14; Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented

'14; Ability to work independently and as part of a team
