Construction Laborer for a Swimming Pool Company
Job Description
This Construction Laborer position with a swimming pool company offers a dynamic role involving demolition, tile work, masonry, and general site preparation. Ideal candidates have experience in construction trades and are willing to learn the company’s exclusive methods. Laborers will work closely with small teams on short & long projects across various job sites, requiring reliable transportation and adherence to safety protocols.
Responsibilities
- Perform demolition, tile installation, and masonry tasks on site
- Handle hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Prepare job sites including material handling and setup
- Follow onsite safety guidelines and protocols
- Participate in on-the-job training to learn specialized trade techniques
- Collaborate with small teams of 2-5 workers
- Report daily progress to the Project Manager
- Travel required between multiple job locations around the area
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in construction labor roles
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
- Hands-on skills in demolition, tile work, masonry, and carpentry
- Proficient with hand and power tools
- Strong understanding of job site safety practices
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various conditions
- Demonstrated ability to work well within teams and adapt to changing work environments

We specialize in renovating gunite swimming pools, which involves crack & structural repairs, leak repairs, coping & tile, demolition & repair of dead concrete, pool painting, plumbing, etc.
Enjoy working outside is required. MUST HAVE A VEHICLE & VALID DRIVERS LICENSE.
Job location says St. Charles [centralized location]. We are based out of Warrenton, but our jobs are all over St. Louis, St. Charles, & Warren County.
