Established lighting and hardware company is seeking an experienced, dependable Warehouse Associate to join our team.

This is a hands-on position responsible for receiving and organizing incoming products, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring orders are pulled correctly and ready for delivery. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming deliveries
• Verify products against packing slips for accuracy
• Allocate and organize inventory
• Maintain accurate inventory records
• Pull and prepare customer orders for delivery
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and efficient
• Identify and report discrepancies or damaged merchandise
• Assist with loading and preparing deliveries as needed

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or inventory experience preferred
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Self-disciplined and dependable
• Task-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
• Strong attention to accuracy
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable handling lighting fixtures, hardware, and related products
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic
