Full Service Electrical Contracting Company seeking a Chief Estimator to join their team.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Commutable daily to Staten Island

10+ years of electrical estimating experience, preferably with a major electrical contractor.
- Extensive commercial interior fit-out estimating experience is required.
- Strong knowledge of NYC electrical construction, labor, material pricing, and subcontractor markets.
- Proven ability to estimate and manage large, complex projects.
- Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Accubid, Bluebeam, Procore, Excel, or similar estimating/construction software.
- NYC general contractor and construction-manager relationships are a strong plus.
