Title Processor/Closer

We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. We are searcing for Real Estate Title Processors/Closers for opportunities in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and surrounding areas.

Full Time: Monday - Friday (In the Office / Not Remote)

Skills & Responsibilities:

• Ability to handle a file from Sales Contract through Processing and preparing the Closing Disclosure/HUD.
• Contact appropriate parties to gather documents and clear title issues when necessary to assist the processing team.
• Reviewing and clearing liens, judgments, and other requirements on title commitments and lender closing instructions for compliance status.
• Ordering, reviewing, and disclosing matters on surveys, pest inspections, insurance certificates, sales contracts etc.
• Closers - Responsible for preparing the final Closing Disclosure/HUD & package.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a Title position handling Processing and/or Closing.

Preferred qualifications:

• Bilingual/Spanish
• FL Title Agent License
• FL Notary
