Mechanic/ Shop Manager

The Mechanic/Shop Manager oversees daily operations of the repair shop, ensuring efficient vehicle and equipment maintenance while maintaining safety standards. This role involves hands-on repair work on vehicles, trucks, trailers, and lawn and landscape equipment using standard automotive tools, with minimal travel required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shop operations and coordinate workflow
• Perform vehicle, truck, and trailer maintenance and repairs
• Repair and maintain lawn and landscape equipment
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Manage inventory and equipment upkeep

Required Qualifications

• Valid driver's license

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in automotive repair
• High school diploma or equivalent
