Master Mechanic

We are looking for an experienced Master Automotive Technician to join our team.

We are looking for a skilled, dependable technician who can diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair vehicles independently. We need someone who can take a vehicle, understand the problem, develop a diagnostic plan, and get the job done without needing to be constantly directed or supervised.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

The ideal candidate should have experience and knowledge in:

• Using professional diagnostic scanners
• Following diagnostic flow charts and procedures for trouble codes
• Reading and understanding automotive wiring diagrams
• Diagnosing drivability, no-start, check-engine
• Engine replacements and repairs
• Transmission replacements and repairs
• Axle and drivetrain repairs/replacements
• A/C and climate-control systems
• Brake systems
• Steering and suspension
• Timing chains and timing belt repairs
• General mechanical repairs and maintenance
• Diagnosing the root cause of a problem instead of simply replacing parts

️ WE NEED A TECHNICIAN WHO CAN THINK FOR THEMSELVES

When we give you a vehicle, we are wanting you to be able to troubleshoot the problem and determine what needs to be done without having your hand held.

You don't have to know every answer immediately, but you need to know how to diagnose the problem, use the proper tools and information, and get to the correct answer.

GOOD PAY FOR THE RIGHT TECHNICIAN

If you have the skills and experience you advertise and can actually perform at that level when you come to work, we are willing to compensate you accordingly.

We are looking for a true automotive technician, not someone who needs constant supervision.

If you are confident in your diagnostic abilities, know how to use a scanner, can read wiring diagrams, and can handle everything from diagnostics to major mechanical repairs, we want to hear from you.
