Cart Staff

Cart Staff play a vital behind-the-scenes role supporting store operations by maintaining cart organization and ensuring store cleanliness. They provide friendly customer assistance and collaborate closely with team members while reporting to the Floor Supervisor. The position typically involves regular shifts with some variability, including weekends, and requires local movement within the store premises.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers by providing carts and answering basic inquiries
• Organize and retrieve carts from designated areas for customer use
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in cart storage and surrounding store areas
• Interact courteously with customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with supervisors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
