The Role
- Execute service with precision and maintain a calm, professional kitchen flow.
- Work exclusively with organic produce and healthy fats
- Mentor staff and contribute to a culture of mutual respect
- Manage prep, inventory, and quality control to ensure every plate meets our standards.
Who You Are
