Paralegal - Personal Injury - Lien Funding

ProCare Funding is a medical lien funding company that is seeking a full-time Paralegal that has experience with underwriting Personal Injury cases, answering subpoenas, appearing in depositions, and collections. This candidate has some experience in underwriting treatment requests in either a law firm or has performed underwriting in a medical setting to ensure that all relevant case details were gathered in order to make the proper decision. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service experience as well as the desire to build and maintain strong relationships with our attorney and provider clients. We are seeking applicants who are highly motivated with a desire to grow within the field.
