On Site Coordinator

Position: Onsite Staffing Coordinator

Type: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 8am - 2:30pm

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and organized Onsite Staffing Coordinator to support our warehouse staffing operations.

The ideal candidate should have warehouse experience, good time management skills, and the ability to work independently. You will be responsible for managing daily attendance, communicating with workers and client supervisors, and ensuring staffing needs are handled properly.

Responsibilities

• Attendance Tracking: Check in employees, track daily attendance, and manage call-outs or no-shows.
• Communication: Communicate with workers regarding schedules, attendance, and job expectations. Maintain constant communication with client supervisors regarding staffing needs and worker performance.
• Onsite Resolution: Help resolve attendance issues and promptly coordinate replacements when needed.
• Onboarding & Support: Assist with onboarding new workers. You will have dedicated support for recruitment efforts to help keep a pipeline of available candidates.
• Site Visits: Visit local work locations as needed to coordinate operations on site.
• Record Keeping: Keep accurate records of attendance, call-outs, and replacements, reporting any issues to management in a timely manner.
  

Requirements

• Experience: Previous warehouse experience preferred. Staffing, recruiting, or onsite coordinator experience is a plus.
• Transportation: Must have a personal vehicle to visit nearby locations (all locations are within close proximity to each other).
• Skills: Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Communication: Good communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Tools: Basic computer and phone skills.
• Profile: Reliable, punctual, professional, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.
