Hillco Properties is seeking a dependable, skilled Rental Property Maintenance Technician to perform repairs and general maintenance at our rental properties.

Compensation based on experience.

Responsibilities:
%CF; Complete general property maintenance and repair work
%CF; Diagnose maintenance issues and determine appropriate solutions
%CF; Perform some work involving plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, painting, flooring, and HVAC
%CF; Travel to rental properties as assigned
%CF; Maintain safe, clean, and professional work areas
%CF; Respond promptly and courteously to maintenance needs Qualifications
%CF; Some experience in one or more of the following areas:
%CB; Plumbing
%CB; Electrical work
%CB; Carpentry
%CB; Painting
%CB; Flooring
%CB; HVAC

%CF; General knowledge of residential maintenance and repairs

%CF; Dependable, responsible, and able to work independently

%CF; Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently
