Experienced Leasing Agent

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent to join an apartment community team. The ideal candidate will have strong multifamily experience, excellent customer service skills, and a proven ability to lease apartments and build positive resident relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist prospective and current residents
• Conduct property tours and effectively present apartment features and amenities
• Follow up with prospective residents and convert leads into leases
• Process rental applications, leases, and related paperwork
• Assist with resident questions, concerns, and customer service
• Maintain accurate leasing records and follow company policies
• Support the property team with daily office operations

Requirements:

• Previous apartment/multifamily leasing experience required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proven ability to meet leasing goals
• Professional, friendly, and dependable
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus!
