2nd Shift Press Operator / 1st Pressman

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Press Operator to run our 2023 Komori GL 840P Advance LED UV 8-color press during 2nd shift. This position requires strong technical skills and a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Schedule:

• Week 1: Monday–Wednesday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM OR
• Week 2: Monday–Thursday, 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM

Duties

• Operate a Komori GL 840P Advance LED UV 8-color press with advanced automation features
• Operate and maintain the Komori GL 840P Advance LED UV press to meet production goals
• Troubleshoot mechanical and print issues quickly and effectively
• Monitor job specifications and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with supervisors to optimize workflow and minimize downtime

Requirements

· 5+ years of experience as a Press Operator (sheetfed experience required)

· Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work overnight hours and maintain consistent attendance

· Excellent interpersonal communication skills required

· Excellent organizational skills

· Analytical and problem-solving skills

· Ability to work independently

Working Conditions & Physical Demands

· Position requires standing - 90%, standing, 10% walking

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

· Will be required to wear closed-toe shoes
