Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential and/or commercial HVAC an Appliance systems including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps, ice makers, restaurant appliances
- Perform installation, service, and repair of household and commercial appliances
- Conduct routine preventative maintenance inspections and tune-ups
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues efficiently
- Communicate repair findings and recommendations clearly to customers
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts documentation
- Ensure compliance with local codes, safety standards, and EPA regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Technician, Appliance Repair Technician, or similar role
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration, and home appliances
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical manuals
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
