POWER FORCE RECYCLING LLC

HVAC Recovery Technician

Power Force Recycling LLC is currently seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our team as HVAC Recovery Technicians. This is a hands-on position involving the processing, sorting, and recovery of materials from used HVAC equipment.

Position Responsibilities

  • Break down and process used HVAC equipment.
  • Separate recovered materials and place them into the appropriate designated containers.
  • Load and unload trucks, trailers, boxes, and other materials.
  • Assist customers with loading and unloading their materials.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and operational guidelines.
  • Work efficiently while maintaining proper material separation and handling procedures.
  • Assist other team members with daily warehouse and yard operations as needed.

Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be a team player and work well with others.
  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must be physically capable of performing manual labor and handling materials.
  • Must be willing to learn and follow company procedures.
  • Previous HVAC, recycling, warehouse, or material recovery experience is preferred but not required.
