Responsibilities

• Build and repair decks and structural framing
• Install asphalt shingle roofs, siding, windows, and doors
• Measure, cut, and assemble building materials accurately
• Load and unload materials and maintain an organized job site
• Work safely at heights, on ladders, and in all weather conditions

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
• Practical experience in rough carpentry, framing, or exterior renovations
• Must be reliable, self-motivated, and show up on time every day
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and operate power tools safely
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality craftsmanship
