Pay: $50-$55 + Profit Sharing
Schedule: Monday–Friday

Job Description:
We are currently seeking a Minneapolis/St. Paul Competency Card holding Water Heater / Plumbing Technician to join our team. This position focuses primarily on water heater service, installation, troubleshooting, and replacement in both residential and commercial environments.

We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who takes pride in quality workmanship, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Competency Card Only ***do not apply if you do not have one***
  • Strong experience with commercial water heaters
  • Tank & tankless installation/service experience
  • High mechanical aptitude (“mechanical IQ”)
  • Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot system issues efficiently
  • Experience with gas, electric, and hybrid units
  • Strong understanding of plumbing codes and safety practices

Responsibilities:

  • Install, service, and replace water heaters
  • Diagnose mechanical and plumbing issues
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections
  • Ensure all work meets local code and safety standards
  • Communicate clearly with customers and team members
  • Maintain clean and organized job sites
