Responsibilities

• Lead daily site operations for deck builds, framing, roofing, siding, and window/door installs
• Direct and mentor crew members to keep projects moving efficiently and safely
• Ensure work quality meets company standards and project specifications
• Maintain a productive, clean, and organized job site
• Work safely at heights and across all weather conditions

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (Required)
• Strong background in residential framing, exterior renovations, and carpentry
• Proven ability to lead a crew, take initiative, and solve problems on-site
• Must be reliable, punctual, and possess excellent communication skills
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work on roofs/ladders safely
