As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be an essential member of a small nursing team, providing hands-on care to patients. Your role includes administering medications, monitoring vital signs, maintaining accurate documentation, and educating patients on health management. Occasional travel between facilities will be required to support patient care across locations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care and support
  • Administer medications accurately and safely
  • Monitor and record patients' vital signs
  • Document patient information and care activities
  • Educate patients on treatment plans and health maintenance
  • Collaborate effectively within a small nursing team (1-5 LPNs)
  • Travel occasionally between healthcare facilities as needed
