Commercial Electrician

The Commercial Electrician will be responsible for performing electrical installation and maintenance work primarily in commercial construction projects, retail, and office buildings. This role involves interpreting blueprints, adhering to safety standards, and conducting troubleshooting to ensure the proper functioning of electrical systems. The Commercial Electrician will report directly to the Electrical Project Manager and will perform regular site visits to various job locations.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot electrical systems in commercial settings
• Interpret and follow blueprints and technical diagrams
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations and standards
• Perform regular site visits to monitor project progress and address issues
• Use a combination of tools and software for documentation and reporting
• Collaborate with the Electrical Project Manager and other team members

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in commercial electrical work
• High school diploma or equivalent
