Los Angeles CountyEmployment Type: Full-Time Join the Always Refinishing team! We're looking for an experienced Bathtub Refinishing/Painter to help us deliver high-quality refinishing and repair services for residential and commercial clients.

Compensation

• 30% Commission
• Potential earnings of $60,000+ per year

What You'll Do

• Prep and refinish bathtubs, showers, and kitchen countertops
• Repair bathtubs and showers
• Reglaze countertops
• Travel to job sites throughout the Inland Empire, Orange County, and Los Angeles County
• Deliver quality workmanship while maintaining a clean and professional work environment

Qualifications

• 7+ years of bathtub refinishing/painting experience required
• Must provide your own refinishing tools and truck
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Team-oriented with good judgment and problem-solving skills
• Willingness to learn new techniques and continue developing your skills
