Pay: $40.00–$60.00 per hour (DOE)
Lead High-Impact Industrial Projects with Twin Electric
Twin Electric Inc. is seeking an experienced Industrial Electrical Foreman to lead electrical crews on complex industrial, agricultural, and automation projects throughout California.
This is not an entry-level leadership position. We are looking for a proven foreman who can successfully manage crews, coordinate with project management, maintain customer relationships, and deliver projects safely, on schedule, and with exceptional quality.
This is NOT residential or commercial tenant improvement work.

- Instrumentation and controls
- Plant shutdowns
- Facility expansions
- Electrical upgrades and modernization projects
Primary Responsibilities
As the Foreman, you will be responsible for the successful execution of field operations by:
- Leading and supervising electrical crews on industrial construction projects
- Planning daily work activities based on project schedules, drawings, and field conditions
- Coordinating manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and to Twin Electric's quality standards
- Reading and interpreting:
- One-line diagrams
- Electrical schematics
- Control drawings
- Construction plans
- Specifications
- Installing and overseeing installation of:
- MCCs
- Switchgear
- Transformers
- Distribution panels
- Motors
- VFDs
- Soft starters
- PLC panels
- Instrumentation
- Industrial controls
- Installing conduit systems including:
- EMT
- Rigid
- Ocal (PVC Coated)
- Stainless Steel
- PVC
- Underground raceways and duct banks
- Managing productivity and labor performance
- Tracking project progress and forecasting manpower and material needs
- Conducting daily safety meetings and enforcing OSHA and site-specific safety requirements
- Coordinating with Project Managers, Superintendents, Owners, Engineers, Inspectors, and Customers
- Identifying and resolving field conflicts before they impact schedule or budget
- Maintaining accurate daily reports and documentation
- Mentoring and developing apprentices and journeymen into future leaders
Minimum Qualifications
Applicants without industrial electrical leadership experience will not be considered.
Required:
- Minimum 7+ years of industrial electrical construction experience
- Previous Foreman or Lead Electrician experience
- Strong understanding of industrial power distribution systems
- Experience with MCCs, switchgear, transformers, motors, and motor controls
- Strong knowledge of NEC and industrial construction practices
- Ability to independently plan and execute work
- Ability to read and build directly from electrical drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Valid California Driver's License
- Clean driving record for the past five years
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
Preferred Qualifications
- California Journeyman Certification
- Industrial electrical / automation experience
- Food processing or agricultural facility experience
- MSHA Certification
- OSHA 30 Certification
- Lift certifications
- Experience managing shutdowns and fast-track industrial projects

Physical & Travel Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to work from ladders, scaffolds, and aerial lifts
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Willingness to work overtime and occasional weekends as project schedules require
- Ability to travel throughout California as needed
