Key Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 Patient Care: Deliver evidence-based evaluations and customized treatment programs without sacrificing direct patient contact time.
• Adapt & Innovate: Dynamically adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and real-time outcomes.
• Collaborate & Lead: Mentor and supervise Licensed Physical Therapist students and Assistants (PTAs) while fostering a supportive clinical environment.
• Elevate the Experience: Focus on high patient satisfaction, thorough communication, and timely clinical documentation.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: $80,000 – $90,000+ annually for Full-Time (commensurate with experience) **Opportunity to make more based on productivity incentives **

Qualifications

• Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) preferred, or Master’s Degree in PT from an accredited US institution.
• Active New York State Physical Therapist license (motivated New Graduates with a valid temporary permit are warmly welcomed!).
• Commitment to ethical, evidence-based care and professional excellence.
