Job Title: Assembler

Job Summary:
The Assembler puts together metal products and packages them following specific instructions. This role reports to the Operations Manager and receives daily guidance from the Production Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble metal parts using tools and machines.
• Follow written instructions and assembly drawings.
• Maintain tools and equipment; report needed repairs.
• Keep track of tools and materials; request more if needed.
• Check finished products for quality and report any issues.
• Keep work area clean and safe.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Skills and Abilities:

• Able to read and follow instructions and diagrams.
• Detail-oriented and reliable.
• Works well in a team.
• Can handle basic equipment maintenance.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

• Able to stand for long periods and do repetitive work.
• Can lift up to 50 pounds.
• Good hand coordination for assembly tasks

Monday- Friday 6am-2:30pm
