Machine Operator

This machine operator will independently manage the operation of semi-automated power presses during the second shift. This role focuses on ensuring efficient machine operation, accurate equipment setup, and effective inventory handling while maintaining safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate semi-automated power press machinery safely and efficiently
• Set up equipment and perform routine adjustments to meet production requirements
• Handle inventory related to machine operation and production needs
• Report shift activities and any production issues clearly and promptly

Preferred Qualifications

• Entry-level experience in manufacturing or machine operation
• Knowledge of machine operation and safety compliance
• Understanding of quality control measures
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Attention to detail and time management
