Position Overview
We are seeking experienced EL01 and EL02 Journeyman Electricians for residential new‐construction production work. This role is ideal for electricians who take pride in high‐quality craftsmanship, efficiency, and keeping pace in a fast‐moving production environment.
Responsibilities
- Complete rough‐in, trim, and final electrical phases for residential new‐construction homes
- Meet or exceed established production timelines
- Read and interpret blueprints, electrical plans, and specifications
- Ensure all work meets state and local code requirements
- Maintain clean, organized, and professional work areas
- Work collaboratively with a high‐output team and represent the company with professionalism
Qualifications
- Washington State EL01 or EL02 Journeyman License (required)
- Residential new‐construction and production experience
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work quickly and accurately
- Reliable, self‐motivated, and comfortable in a fast‐paced environment
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Positive attitude and teamwork mindset
Compensation & Benefits
- $35–$40 per hour, depending on experience
