Personal Injury Litigation Attorney

The Rezvani Law Firm, a personal injury law firm located in the Mid-Wilshire area, is seeking a driven Litigation Attorney to assess potential personal injury claims. This role requires strong legal analysis skills and a solid understanding of personal injury law. The ideal candidate will be skilled at building trust and clearly communicating with prospective clients.

Work Location: NON REMOTE/HYBRID. This is an IN OFFICE ONLY position. Must be able to commute to 90036.

Responsibilities include:

• Manage a full caseload of litigated personal injury matters from filing to resolution
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other legal documents
• Attend and argue at court hearings, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations
• Work closely with clients, experts, and medical providers to build strong case strategies
• Oversee and direct paralegals and legal assistants assigned to litigation cases
• Maintain strong communication with clients to keep them informed and supported
• Participate in settlement negotiations and pre-trial preparations
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on high-exposure and complex matters
• Maintain case files and documentation in compliance with legal and firm standards

Skills & Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active California Bar license
• 1-3+ years of litigation experience in personal injury or civil litigation preferred
• Strong oral and written advocacy skills
• Experience handling depositions, mediations, and motion work
• Ability to manage a litigation caseload independently
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Client-centered approach with strong interpersonal communication
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus

QUALIFICATIONS FOR POSITION:

• Must have passed the Bar Exam in California
• 1+ Years of Personal Injury
• 1+ Years of Litigation Experience
• Strong communication skills
• Strong grammar skills
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to handle many tasks as once
• Must be eager to learn, grow and perform responsibilities to the best of their ability
• Must be able to work in a team environment
