The Role
As Service Technician, you will support the maintenance operations of the community through timely service requests, preventative maintenance, unit turns, and general property upkeep.
You will:
Complete service requests and repairs in a timely, professional manner
Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, electrical, appliance, HVAC, and general maintenance issues
Assist with apartment turns, inspections, and preventative maintenance programs
Maintain community grounds, amenities, and common areas to high standards
Support inventory organization, shop cleanliness, and operational efficiency
Deliver excellent resident service through clear communication and professionalism
Follow all OSHA safety standards and company policies

Timely completion of work orders and maintenance requests
Well-maintained apartment homes and community spaces
Positive resident feedback regarding maintenance service and responsiveness
Strong teamwork and operational reliability
Safe and organized maintenance operations
Pride in workmanship and attention to detail
What You Bring
Previous maintenance, facilities, construction, or multifamily experience preferred
Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance systems
Strong work ethic with a proactive, team-oriented attitude
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
HVAC certification or related technical certifications are a plus
Valid drivers license required
Compensation & Benefits
$25 - $27 per hour
