Litigation Paralegal

Position: Paralegal – Personal Injury & Litigation
Experience Required: Minimum 3 Years

• Draft and prepare personal injury demand letters and settlement packages, including summaries of medical treatment, damages, lost wages, and other supporting documentation.
• Draft, review, and assist with Complaints, Answers, New Matter, and other pleadings.
• Draft and respond to Interrogatories, Requests for Production of Documents, Requests for Admissions, and other discovery.
• Review and summarize medical records, medical bills, diagnostic studies, and treatment histories.
• Identify important medical issues, gaps in treatment, prior conditions, and information relevant to causation and damages.
• Obtain and organize medical records, bills, insurance information, employment records, and other case-related documentation.
• Assist attorneys with all phases of personal injury and civil litigation, including case investigation, discovery, depositions, motions, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation.

Maintain organized case files and monitor court deadlines, discovery deadlines, statutes of limitation, and other critical dates
