We are looking for a motivated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Bensalem, PA on a full-time or part-time basis.
Position Overview
The Physical Therapist will evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic, vestibular, neurological, and balance-related conditions while delivering exceptional one-on-one care. The ideal candidate is energetic, team-oriented, and passionate about helping patients improve confidence, mobility, and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based treatment interventions for orthopedic, balance, vestibular, and neurological conditions
- Deliver high-quality one-on-one patient care
- Educate patients and families on diagnosis, treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
- Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintain a positive and professional clinic environment
- Participate in community outreach and clinic growth initiatives when applicable
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Pennsylvania Physical Therapist license (or eligible for licensure)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Passion for patient-centered care and clinical excellence
- Vestibular or balance experience is a plus, but mentorship/training is available for the right candidate
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
