We are seeking an experienced Leasing Agent for a property located in Uptown New Orleans. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and some leasing experience.
Pay: $15.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and working with the prospects, guests, and residents who visit the front office
- Answering phones document inbound and outbound calls
- Lease-up experience and knowledge of Housing rules
- Follow up on work orders
- Experience with Property Management Software and Yardi
- Must have good technical skills
- Additional duties as needed
Education and Experience Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel required.
