Hours

6:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday–Friday (first day starts at 7:00 AM)

Working Conditions

Foundry environment — very dirty, dusty, and hot. Physically demanding.

PPE Requirement

Steel-toed boots required


Job Duties

• Hand grind castings to remove excess material and achieve required finish

• Work in a hot, dusty, physically demanding foundry environment

• Perform repetitive grinding tasks for a full shift

• Follow all foundry safety protocols and PPE requirements

• Report equipment or safety concerns to supervision immediately

Requirements

• Ability to perform heavy, physical labor for a full shift in a hot, dirty, dusty environment

• Steel-toed boots required

• Reliable transportation to Roseville, Michigan

• Willingness to work in a genuinely rough foundry setting — this is not a light-duty role
