Financial Analyst

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our team in Plantation, Florida. This position supports financial planning, reporting, and operational analysis to help leadership make informed business decisions. Responsibilities:

• Analyze financial results, trends, and key performance indicators to provide actionable insights for management.

• Prepare recurring and ad hoc reports that support budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning activities.

• Maintain accurate financial data by reviewing records, reconciling variances, and supporting accrual-based accounting processes.

• Partner with cross-functional teams to gather business information, improve reporting quality, and strengthen decision-making.

• Use accounting and reporting systems to extract, organize, and interpret data for financial analysis and performance monitoring.

• Assist with budget development, capital planning, and expense tracking to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

• Support audit-related activities by preparing documentation, validating financial information, and responding to reporting requests.

• Contribute to process improvements in financial reporting and analysis through effective use of data tools and system capabilities.

• Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and accounting within a business environment that requires close attention to detail.
• Working knowledge of accrual accounting, auditing practices, and core accounting functions.
• Proficiency with accounting software systems and financial reporting tools.
• Ability to work with data mining techniques and translate large data sets into meaningful business insights.
• Familiarity with systems such as ADP, CRM platforms, and Crystal Reports.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across departments.
