Payrate: $26.00/hr

Job Summary:

We are seeking a customer-facing Time Implementation Consultant to support client implementations and end-user training for timekeeping solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong presentation, training, and client relationship skills and be comfortable working directly with customers during onboarding and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct client onboarding and end-user training sessions.
Deliver presentations and explain system processes clearly.
Build positive relationships with client stakeholders.
Support implementation and go-live activities.
Assist with basic device setup and troubleshooting.
Document training and implementation activities.

Corporate Trainer / Process Trainer
Learning & Development (L&D) Trainer
Technical or Product Trainer
Customer Success / Client Success
Implementation Consultant / Specialist
Educator or Instructor with training experience

Requirements:

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience conducting training or coaching sessions.
Client-facing experience preferred.
Basic computer and device troubleshooting knowledge.
