We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the face of our new facility. As the first point of contact for visitors, employees, and new hires, you will play a critical role in creating a welcoming and positive experience for everyone who enters our workplace.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a customer-facing environment, and is looking to build valuable office and administrative experience. Recent graduates, early-career professionals, and college students are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do
  • Welcome and greet visitors, guests, and new hires with professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, ensuring a positive visitor experience.
  • Manage building access and assist guests with entry through main doors and ramp access when needed.
  • Coordinate visitor check-in and check-out procedures and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Distribute visitor badges and assist with name tags for group visits and special events.
  • Support guests and new hires who do not yet have building credentials by helping them navigate access procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and lobby area.
  • Provide general administrative and office support as needed.

  • Previous receptionist, customer service, or administrative support experience.
  • Experience working in an office or corporate environment.
  • Familiarity with visitor management systems or front desk operations.
  • Interest in developing professional and administrative skills.
  • Ideal for early-career professionals or college students seeking hands-on office experience.
Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Bloomington, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
