MRI Technologist - Excellent Pay + $10K Sign - On Bonus (Quick Offfer)

Memorial Medical Center in Las Cruces, NM is seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join its outpatient imaging team. This full-time role involves performing diagnostic MRI procedures with a focus on patient safety, image quality, and collaborative healthcare support. The position offers excellent pay with a $10,000 sign-on bonus and opportunities for professional growth within a respected acute care teaching hospital.

Shift: Full-time, outpatient setting
Travel: Not Required

Position: Full-Time / Permanent

Responsibilities

• Review patient history and physician orders prior to MRI procedures
• Explain MRI processes and equipment to patients clearly
• Prepare patients, equipment, and supplies for examinations
• Position patients and conduct MRI imaging according to protocols
• Select appropriate imaging parameters for optimal results
• Administer contrast media or medications as ordered and within practice scope
• Monitor patient condition and respond to changes promptly
• Evaluate image quality and reposition or repeat scans if necessary
• Enter, transmit, and report scan data accurately
• Adhere to safety and quality control procedures consistently

Required Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Sciences (facility standards apply)
• ARRT MRI registration or ARMRIT certification
• New Mexico MRI Technologist license or eligibility to obtain
• BLS certification upon hire
• Strong skills in patient care, communication, and MRI technology
