- Support assigned Treasury Management Officers throughout the sales process, collaborating with local and regional teams.
- Support pricing activities, including proformas, profitability analysis, pricing models, approval submissions, and supporting documentation.
- Engage in portfolio management activities, relationship reviews, working capital analysis, and identifying revenue enhancement or cross-sell opportunities.
- Assist with proposal and RFP processes: intake reviews, response coordination, stakeholder engagement, tracking deliverables, and submission support.
- Coordinate across internal partners to support solution development and effective execution of sales opportunities.
- Maintain sales pipeline reporting, opportunity tracking, and administrative functions supporting Treasury Management sales.
- Assist with implementation follow-up, service requests, issue resolution, and all sales support activities.
- Participate in internal sales strategy meetings, process improvement initiatives, and special projects.
- Work collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, treasury management, commercial banking, sales support, or related financial services.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Critical thinking and project management experience.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Experience supporting sales processes, pricing, proposals, RFPs, or portfolio management is preferred.
