We partner with leading organizations to provide impactful career paths, support professional growth, and help you reach your career goals.Job SummaryAs a Treasury Management Sales Associate , you will be an essential member of the Sales Delivery Team, supporting Treasury Management Officers with sales, pricing, portfolio management, and administrative activities. You’ll enjoy a varied role providing exposure to treasury management sales and solution development, while developing the capabilities for future growth within Treasury Management and Commercial Banking.Key Responsibilities
  • Support assigned Treasury Management Officers throughout the sales process, collaborating with local and regional teams.
  • Support pricing activities, including proformas, profitability analysis, pricing models, approval submissions, and supporting documentation.
  • Engage in portfolio management activities, relationship reviews, working capital analysis, and identifying revenue enhancement or cross-sell opportunities.
  • Assist with proposal and RFP processes: intake reviews, response coordination, stakeholder engagement, tracking deliverables, and submission support.
  • Coordinate across internal partners to support solution development and effective execution of sales opportunities.
  • Maintain sales pipeline reporting, opportunity tracking, and administrative functions supporting Treasury Management sales.
  • Assist with implementation follow-up, service requests, issue resolution, and all sales support activities.
  • Participate in internal sales strategy meetings, process improvement initiatives, and special projects.
  • Work collaboratively across teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in banking, treasury management, commercial banking, sales support, or related financial services.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Critical thinking and project management experience.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated initiative and the ability to work independently while collaborating with teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience supporting sales processes, pricing, proposals, RFPs, or portfolio management is preferred.
