Registered Nurse (RN) - Pre-Op

We are seeking experienced Pre-Op/Surgery RNs to provide professional nursing care to patients preparing for surgical procedures. The RN will perform assessments, coordinate care, implement nursing interventions, and ensure patients are safely prepared for surgery.

Location: Salina, KS
Pay: $31.62+/hour, based on education & experience
Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Schedule: Day Shift | 8-hour shifts
Positions: 5 openings
Relocation: Up to $5,000
On-Call: Required

Key Responsibilities

• Complete pre-operative patient assessments and prepare patients for procedures.
• Provide nursing care before and throughout the surgical process.
• Monitor patient condition and communicate changes to the healthcare team.
• Follow nursing standards, state regulations, and patient safety protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians and the surgical team.

On-Call Requirement

Current call schedule includes weeknights, Fridays, and weekend shifts, depending on the assigned area.

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing school.
• Active RN license.
• Hospital experience within the past 5 years preferred.
• BSN preferred.
