Pay Rate: $18.00/hour (1-year Contract) - WEEKLY PAY!Shift: 7am - 6pm CST, Monday - Friday, 8am - 12pm CST, Saturday. Schedule may include occasional holidays and overtime. What’s a typical day as Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:
  • Providing advanced product and service information and responding to complex customer inquiries
  • Recording and processing custom/special orders, coordinating delivery with relevant teams
  • Addressing advanced issue escalations promptly and securing managerial approvals when needed
  • Initiating calls to customers to build new relationships and act as a first point of contact for resolving queries and complaints
  • Scheduling follow-up actions and entering information into the CRM system to support customer retention and business development
  • Conducting customer interviews using complex sales scripts to clarify requirements and collect client needs
  • Delivering exceptional service to encourage continued use of products/services
  • Ensuring compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory standards
  • Participating in training and development to build your capabilities and industry knowledge
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
  • Have post-secondary non-tertiary education
  • Possess experience ranging from 1-3 years
  • Are customer-focused and skilled at building rapport and loyalty
  • Can leverage digital communications and master service conversations
  • Are comfortable navigating customer challenges and engaging in compelling sales discussions
  • Understand buying influences and can manage buyer indifference
  • Are available to work any 8-hour shift within the stated support hours, including occasional holidays and overtime
