Job Description

We are seeking an Associate Manufacturing Operator to join our 3rd shift team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing operations and a proven ability to assemble products to specification while maintaining quality and throughput.

Shift Details and Openings:

• Four openings on 3rd shift with pay differential
• Schedule: Sunday night through Thursday night, 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM

Responsibilities:

• Assemble products according to specifications and work instructions
• Execute in-process quality checks and ensure compliance with quality standards
• Maintain production efficiency and meet daily throughput targets
• Operate tools, equipment, and machinery safely and per procedures
• Report equipment, material, or process issues to supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 0 to 5 years of experience in a production or operations environment
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication abilities and teamwork
• Proficiency with common industry tools, equipment, or basic software used in manufacturing

Preferred Skills:

• Previous manufacturing operator experience

Compensation and Terms:

• Pay rate: $20.61 per hour
• Hours per day: 8
