We are hiring for a Collections Analyst in Kenosha, WI. This role will focus on business to business relationships and communicate with internal and external contacts at a successful manufacturer. If you have at least two years experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Collections Analyst Responsibilities:
- Actively reduce the existing aged receivables
- Phone correspondence to customers as necessary to collect outstanding balances and update accounts
- Monitor and manage assigned accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices
- Research and resolution on discrepancies and disputes in collaboration with internal departments
- Two or more years of B2B Collections experience
- Higher education desired, but not required
- Detail oriented with professional communication skills
- Able to navigate and document in multiple softwares
