Accounts Payable Manager
A growing, well-established consumer products organization in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking a hands-on Accounts Payable Manager to lead its AP function. This company is actively expanding through acquisitions and offers a stable, collaborative accounting environment with a highly tenured team with little turnover.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the full accounts payable process across a high-volume, multi-entity organization
- Manage internal team of three and an offshore team.
- Remain actively involved in invoice processing, issue resolution, payment runs, reconciliations, and month-end activities
- Ensure invoices and expense reports are processed accurately and on schedule
- Lead AP integration and process standardization related to company acquisitions
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve efficiency
- Strengthen AP controls, policies, documentation, and reporting
- Partner with accounting leadership, procurement, vendors, and internal business teams
- Support and develop a tenured AP team while maintaining a positive, accountable culture
- Several years of progressive accounts payable experience, including AP leadership or management
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly preferred
- Experience with Expensify is preferred
- Demonstrated success leading AP automation or process-improvement initiatives
- Experience managing both domestic and offshore teams is a plus
- Background supporting acquisitions, integrations, or a multi-entity environment is preferred
- Strong knowledge of AP controls, payment processes, vendor management, and month-end close
- Collaborative leadership style with the willingness to work directly alongside the team
